W2 Discovery: Develop initial stakeholder plan

• Define the consortium stakeholders with plan to engage and manage

• Who should be included in defining the stakeholders?
• Who are the stakeholders?
• Are there multiple stakeholder groups?
• Determine how to get questions answered (via existing stakeholder interviews or other method)

Approach

• Schedule meeting to gather input
• Consolidate and refine inputs
• Review and finalize initial stakeholders

Outcome

• Initial consortium stakeholders are defined, documented and shared

• WS2 efforts to follow initial WS1 focused survey (Create DITAP Refresh Vendor survey for Workstream 1 #323) with next step to meet with vendor provided contacted from survey
• Frank requested ensuring Traci Walker is included as a stakeholder for the overall program
