Implement e2e integration testing.

In alignment with the other Frontend tooling at Parity, we should implement this with Cypress.

Should test loading of the App as it is served thorough the backend after going through the full build process
Add e2e tests for editing and compiling Smart Conracts
Should be capable of testing Rust analyzer functionalities
