I kind of bet the fact it's a fork is the problem--the secrets aren't in the fork. @bhkoo could you try again but this time from a branch?

No, the problem here is that you have to give access to those secrets in:
https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/galaxy-social/blob/main/.github/workflows/galaxy_social.yml

The curation of the Saimiri boliviensis (Bolivian squirrel monkey) genome, mSaiBol1 has been completed. Files are available on GenomeArk: https://genomeark.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html?prefix=species/Saimiri_boliviensis/mSaiBol1/assembly_curated/

Assembly was done by Linelle Abueg on Galaxy. Curation was done by Erick Duarte, with comments from Jo Wood at the Wellcome Sanger Trust Institute. Kirsty McCaffrey for performed QC on this curation.
