Support adding organization labels to services #261

Once the API supports sending the organization information, and remote-controller has support for organization information, the templates will need to be extended to inject this information too.

The remote-controller adds the following variable into the build pod now, so these should be used

LAGOON_ORGANIZATION_ID
LAGOON_ORGANIZATION_NAME
