Notice for ShakeMap RSS feeds

From the document regarding the legacy ShakeMap pages transition plan there is this request:

• RSS Feeds will go away: need to transition all ShakeCast users to GeoJSON Feeds; notice on RSS Feed web pages is required.

I think this would go on the feeds page in the EQ website? or here? https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/shakemap/rss_info.php

I know Wan has been working with users to transition them, but I'm not sure if he wants a notice on that old RSS Feed page, or if he wants to send something out via the feed, or both.
