I installed the plugin nexmo and found this problem which I repaired manually.

My database prefix is _dew and after installation, when I tried editing the settings, I got an error message that database entry _dewnexmo could not be found. When I checked my database, I found entries for _dew_nexmo. I just renamed both entries to the correct one to solve the issue. I am not sure why it added the underscore before nexmo.
