[Outreachy Task Submission] Proposal for Enhancing Collection Management UX

Description
Currently, the only way to add to a collection is from the post preview cards on the data-view/map-view but what happens when a user is currently viewing a collection and decides to add to that collection?, the user has to clear the current collection filter, add post to the general pool, then add the post to the collection from post preview card.
As a User, I should be able to add post directly to the current collection I am viewing without having to add the post on the general pool first then adding it to the collection using the post preview card.

Benefits:

• Efficiency: Users can seamlessly add posts to collections without navigating away from the collection view, reducing steps and saving time.

• Enhanced User Satisfaction: By simplifying collection management, users are likely to have a more positive experience with the platform.
