When I was trying to submit a post I created about the protests that happened on June 25, 2024, I included an emoji in the caption. However, the system would not let me submit the post and gave an unclear error message.
After reaching out to (Anna), I was advised to remove the emojis and try submitting the post again, which resolved the issue. For users who are unaware of this restriction or who receive a vague error message, this problem could be very frustrating.

As a user emojis are really important to me because they help me show the emotions and reactions I have in different situations. When I'm communicating online, using the right emoji allows me to better express how I'm feeling.
Suggestion
To improve the user experience, I suggest the following:
Clearly communicate to users that emojis are not supported in post captions for this feature.
Provide a more informative error message when users try to submit a post with emojis. The message should explain the issue and suggest removing the emojis as a solution.
