In volume utilization workload, compute size of file based on volume size #232

Fixture workload_capacity_utilization is using dd to generate 100 MB files to fill gluster volume.

This should be enhanced so that:

  • smaller block size is used (eg. 10 MB)
  • size of the file is based on size of volume
