Entropy in Conditioning Components

I wanted to know for conditional component what should be the value for h_p(entropy per bit in conditional component) and h_i(that is taken input in conditional component),first of all, would initial entropy be taken from entropy estimation or will be taken from updated entropy after restart test. Secondly entropy per bit is that driven from conditional component or some where else as document does not covered these things

I'm not really sure what you are asking. Could you please describe what, exactly, you are attempting to do, ideally using the notation introduced in the SP 800-90B document?

Sir i am talking about numerical values in code that taken in conditional component that are "Hi"(Initial entropy) and "Hp" (entropy per bit) mentioned in conditional component as after each step entropy is updated. I want to ask what will be the value of above mentioned if restart test passes and entropy is updated.
