Nice to have: toolkit.properties review #580

This might get pushed back to Steve to implement.

Matt Blackmon just mentioned that he has some values in toolkit.properties that are no longer used. It would be nice to have either:

A button on the UI to review the toolkit.properties file and indicate properties not known by Toolkit as well as missing properties,or
A simple script someone can run by hand offline to get the same analysis

If this was in a separate script, I would raise the bar and allow the person to enter a toolkit version so the user can look back in time.
