Inference of a custom image

This is a very interesting project Congrats!

I ran your ePillID_tutorial_colab.ipynb and got a trained version of the model.
I wanted use the model on a single custom image as a starting point, but could not figure out how. Could you please provide the correct way to do so?

Some parts of the evaluation code should be helpful, but unfortunately there's no standalone code for processing custom images right now. Ideally we want to have a small demo app that can take custom images and show prediction results.
