Non-method members of Java annotation @interfaces trigger ParseMatchError

Java annotation interfaces are allowed to declare nested classes, interfaces, enums and constrants, but this is not yet supported by VerCors, triggering a ParseMatchError. The following example from the spec triggers the issue:

@interface Quality {
    enum Level { BAD, INDIFFERENT, GOOD }
    Level value();
}

Outside of this example, this language feature seems to be not very widely used.
