downloading attachments from the customer page error
Issue Description
When a customer attaches a file, this file can be downloaded by the agent and the customer
But when the agent responds to the ticket and attaches a file, it is only possible for the admin to download it. if the customer attempts to download it, he will be redirect to the admin login page.

and the admin panel is ap
so when the customer try to download the agent attachment the browser redirect to agent login panel

I have now discovered that after the agent adds attachments to the ticket
Then when the customer responds again and attaches a file to agent.
After that, the customer also cannot see his attachment because the address also turns to the admin page

BUG confirmed.
I was not able to reproduce in the demo that is an old version, I was able to reproduce on the latest version of UVdesk.
Currently development of Open Source seems to be on hold.
I don't know when and if they will resume it.
This is a very bad bug.
