Description
When using XSS code in the signature field, after saving the signature shows a broken image

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the admin panel, click on profile and write this XSS code:

Step 2: Now Go to the ticket view page and here show a broken image:

On ticket view in ticket reply:

On ticket create page:

image

Possible Solution

If we added an XSS code so should not be shown a broken image in ticket page and also create ticket option
