If we have added collaborator in any ticket form saas uvdesk so click on that ticket on wordpress admin helpdesk, this ticket showing an error

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login with saas uvdesk helpdesk and added a collaborator on ticket:

Step 2: Now login with wordpress helpdesk and click on the same ticket added collaborator so here showing an error:

Step 3: Also, on the customer panel
