When the agent is not assigned in the ticket so reply is not added from the WordPress panel
How to Reproduce:
Step 1: Login with worpdress helpdesk panel
Step 2: Now click on that ticket without agent assigned:
Step 3: Now reply in this ticket and submit reply:
After the submit reply here submit reply not showing:
Note: If agent assigned in ticket so reply from admin and cust end so reply added successfully also reply showing in ticket
