On ticket view page: created on timestamp not showing on ticket view page

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login with wordpress account of the admin and customer panel

Step 3: Now clicks pn ticket for ticket view page:

On admin panel:

On customer panel:

Possible Solution:

Here should be shown a timestamp time on admin and customer panel also
