Support for Jetbrains Gateway

When I run IDEA via Jetbrains Gateway, the plugin seems to work nicely. However, it runs on local PC rather than on Remote PC. This is usually not a big issue, but if you have restricted network access (Gerrit not available via VPN), it's not usable.

My setup:

1. PC in company network
2. Access to PC via RDP or SSH
3. Connecting from Home PC via VPN using Jetbrains gateway (SSH)
