patchset description works on Gerrit Code Review (2.15.18)

guys, the plugin mention that the patchset description just works on gerrit 3.4+ but... im succesfully add the patchsetdescription using Gerrit at (2.15.18) with intellij plugin

aditional thing, if i use acentuations like ção it cut the text
