Simple rename refactoring #6

The simplest refactoring is renaming, and that is missing since I use it at least often.
Maybe the simplest solution would be using multiple cursors. Maybe like so

  • click a renaming shortcut
  • search all occurrences of the variable under cursor
  • place a cursor on each
  • when typing rename all at once
