EmojiHash1 (eh1) returns the same output value for any input when kwarg length=0.
And output string have length 1.

>>> from emojihash import eh1
>>>
>>> eh1("Hello!")
'🆔'
>>> eh1("Goodbye!")
'🗑'
>>> eh1("Hello!", length=0)
'🥈'
>>> eh1("Goodbye!", length=0)
'🥈'
