[Feature Request] Generate docs from source code

Currently the v5 docs are not very helpful, they're outdated with some mistakes.

How about generate docs from source code, of course we need to write or move the descriptions into the source code.

Or at least define right and detailed structs and enums in protobuf, maybe we can simply use things like:

• https://github.com/EHfive/v2ray-jsonschema
• https://github.com/coveooss/json-schema-for-humans

to generate human readable raw documentation and keep it up-to-date.
