Kitchenown update

Hello there,

I would like to bring the update of kitchenown there, unfortunately I have no experience in Kubernetes (I'm from the Docker dark side...).

Could someone please give me some hints?

Sorry for my late reply!
I have now a more automated system for updating apps.
I just made the commit 02ba8e9 which should contain the update for kitchenowl (v0.6.8).
