Differences between nwaku and gowaku #46

I am creating this Issue to track differences regarding configuration between nwaku and gowaku:

--rpc: by default is false in gowaku, true in nwaku
--topics: The value is different between each version regarding configuration file (--config-file):
- nwaku: topics="topic_X topic_Y"
- gowaku: topics=["topic_X", "topic_Y"]
--keep-alive: true in wnaku, time in gowaku.

If any other difference is found, please add it here.
