Fix Versions:

The existing test workflow and new release workflow should use the artifacts generated from the build workflow (find out how to do that).

The release workflow should replace the manual release process:

Triggered manually (figure out how to do that) - specify patch/minor/major
Update package.json version, create annotated tag (use commit history), and push to master
Add build artifacts and publish to npm
