Screensaver showing when navtest is running

I've run on this issue a couple of times in windows after running an app for a while without keyboard or mouse input. I think there is a way to prevent this, possibly in Qt or else with system primitives (yuck). I'll try to investigate a little...

So I would think that this would be a thing upstream (in VR Juggler) to inhibit screensavers. In METaL, the default theme (red "cyclone-esque" fractal background) has the screensaver disabled. In the C6 I think the cluster script disables the screensaver (or perhaps it's permanently disabled there, but that's how it was done on the C4)
