Installation

Download the full code
Download XAMPP: https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html
Install XAMPP, choose default options for installation (remember the folder where you install it, will be important later!)
Open the folder xampp (where you install XAMPP)
Go to folder 'htdocs'
Unzip the code inside that folder
Open XAMPP Control Panel, Start Apache
Go to your browser, type "localhost/akathon01-23" (replace akathon01-23 by the folder contains the files if necessary)
