After some discussion we decided to use Jimmie's BiconditionalOdor data (which has continuous wideband recording) rather than MotivationalT. The task description is currently just a minimal skeleton (https://github.com/vandermeerlab/mvdmlab-tasks/tree/master/Contextual_odor_discrimination) but will be added to.

@jgmaz will use this example notebook (https://github.com/vandermeerlab/data-formats/blob/master/nwb-scripts/neuralynx-to-nwb.ipynb) and the tutorial linked there to convert an example BiconditionalOdor (32kHz continuous) data session to nwb.

Can get help from @manimoh with installation issues (or @yarikoptic if needed)

reassigned from myself to @mvdm as he is working on formalizing conversion for already collected and "standardized to lab standard" data and @TheChymera isn't part of the organization but also is working on actual conversion of neuralynx to nwb and issues for which are at https://github.com/TheChymera/neuralynx_nwb/issues .
