The scRNA-seq data will be made publicly available around two weeks after pre-print submission, to allow time for finalizing the manuscript. The data will be deposited in the NCBI Geo database.
And I was wondering if the ScRNA-seq data had been made publicly available yet?
Thanks so much,
Jeremy

Hi folks,
I read with great interest your pre-print on "Single-cell longitudinal analysis of SARS-CoV-2 infection in human bronchial epithelial cells", and noticed that the last two lines of your paper stated:
The scRNA-seq data will be made publicly available around two weeks after pre-print submission, to allow time for finalizing the manuscript. The data will be deposited in the NCBI Geo database.
And I was wondering if the ScRNA-seq data had been made publicly available yet?
Thanks so much,
