Statement Concerning Community Theme is Wrong

The statement about the community theme is that it is not open source ("The theme used on the community forum is custom and is not open source. We want it to continue looking unique!"), but it even has it is own repo. There it is stated that only the permission to use the design is not given: "We do not give permission to reuse the design of the VanillaForums.org site themes"
