Describe the bug
The extension thinks the tab is silent despite a video from an MSN news article playing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/with-new-guns-and-long-range-rockets-ukraine-is-transforming-its-artillery-but-maybe-not-fast-enough/ar-AAYiPb3
Start the video related to the article
Raise the audio to full (if it is muted)
See error

Expected behavior
The extension should be picking up on the audio and moving its live waveform bar accordingly
