option to skip music without speech

I can't use the dynamic threshold option very often because it adapts to the background music and I have to manually set the limit for each video.

Maybe adding something to detect speech can help it? It can skip when there is speech and when there is just music, like YouTube's CC writing [Music] when there is just music.

Or maybe it can skip the sounds with frequencies that are under or above the human voice range?

For example, watching this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4R73agfIa4I) is such a pain because they increase the background music volume when no one is talking and I have to manually change the limit whenever the narrator starts/stops talking, which is every 10 seconds basically.
