Hi,
I work in a support center and use glog the all day (Mac).
normally I open the log files from the terminal glog *.log (have an alias)
I have many filters and I would like to see the tab red if the log contains errors, like this I can know which if the log files contains errors and not have to scroll file by file

Isn't this request somewhat solved by the 'eject' icon turning red in case of new search result?
see #100 (comment)

He can activate an auto-refresh search with pattern matching errors. When the eject icon turns red, he knows the file has errors.
