Allowed characters

Hello.

Is there any restrictions in what characters can be used or are we limited from A-Z and 0-9?

For example:

Lines 4 to 10 in fc4df83

It would be more correct for us to use the ID «Møre» instead of «More», however I originally avoided using Ø here as usually using these characters can lead to issues. We have however used it in the callsign part and no known issue have occured so far.
