The Gum Tool documentation has a picture of a paint brush. Change it to the GUM image.

Also, see if you can add the favicon for the site for gum.

I looked around and supposedly the favicon can be changed like so:

Customize your workspace icon / favicon

1. Go to Workspace Settings → Branding.
2. Upload a Logo (shows in the top-left corner) or a Favicon (for the browser tab).
3. This applies to the entire space or entire GitBook project rather than individual pages.

It doesn't sound like you can change the icon from that paint brush to a custom image, it sounds like it's a emoji?

Updated the icon, it's the old low-resolution icon. Going to see if @profexorgeek has ideas on this.
