maybe only on macOS

If Github desktop is installed or maybe other like Sourcetree maybe add a menu near open on github

some way to do it

mdfind "kMDItemCFBundleIdentifier == 'com.github.GitHubClient'"

// return the .app path if here

Open example "HERE_PATH_FROM_MD_FIND/Contents/MacOS/GitHub Desktop" /Chemin/Projet/

Semble bien marcher pour Github desktop si on a installer la ligne de commande ("/usr/local/bin/github")
(et pour Fork aussi)

donc la commande serait /usr/local/bin/stree, je peux faire la pull request
