鉴于当前数据不再符合疫情需要，现在做出关闭站点的决定，直至新版本出来之前，不再开启原网站

做出决定有几个考量

左侧世界RANK 太多放不下
源数据来源不再更新
现有了2.x 版本的迭代方向
现网站内容过少，放着无太多意义
