Can't re-install NCN CiviZoom after uninstalling #63

I am trying to re-install the extension and get this error message after clicking "Install":

Cannot execute CREATE UNIQUE INDEX Idx_event_id_email ON civicrm_zoom_registrants (event_id, email): DB Error: already exists

Looks like I may have solved this via phpMyAdmin by searching for "zoom" and removing a few tables manually that weren't removed during the uninstall process.
