At the moment we have very basic notification when a crawl request is complete.
I guess we'll need to extend this:

add HTML body with some nice design, including links to completed jobs
use some template engine like FreeMarker to merge HTML with crawl request data
attach ODS report generated using 'documentSinceTime' of crawl request
