Phone Field marks valid phone number as invalid

Describe the bug

I have a Phone field with the United States as the allowed country. It is flagging the following phone number as invalid: 557-500-1702.

(My client reported this to me. The form in question is one their internal staff uses, and we have confirmed that this phone number is indeed a working number.)

Area code 557 is a valid area code added in 2022.

This is going to be for the intl-tel-input library we use. I can confirm upgrading this library includes this latest validation, but there's a lot of breaking changes we have to handle, which was done in Formie 3 (for Craft 5).

I'll look into what we can do for Formie 2.
