Ant: Enhance dist-task

Having an ant buildfile would give us the possibility to profit from automatic building service like travis ci.

I will try to provide a simple buildfile.

Yes, but we need to develop a better dist-task which provides a jar that can run directly. You can leave this assigned to me, I will try to work on that when I find the time.
