Announcement:

• The next release is anticipated primere Verilator Version 5. Please
  consider beta-testing the github 'develop-v5' branch, which will soon
  merge into the github 'master' branch (Version 5 now part of master verilator#3383).

Minor:

• Support some IEEE signal strengths (Handle signal strengths when the strongest signal is constant verilator#3601) (Remove assignments with strengths weaker than strongest non-tristate RHS verilator#3629). [Ryszard Rozak/Antmicro]
