Start a specific episode of one show based of the airtime of another.

I think I found something this program can not do and it would be nice if it could.

Many shows have crossovers, or continue on in another show (As an example, the TV DCU shows, Happy Days and Lavern & Shirley, etc). I'm unable to find a way to Synchronize shows like this (Base the airing of one show off another's episode)

Another reason could be PPV of special events, lets say wrestling shows would have a PPV on a specific day/date after an episode that aired, Like Tuesday night (or 1 day after episode air date) at 8pm after a specific episode aired.

Has anyone else attempted this and found a way to do it?
