Add winget installation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be helpful to have an easier way to install this software on Windows. Currently, manual installation is required, and it would be more convenient if it could be done through a package manager.

I would love to see this software available on Winget, so it can be installed and updated using a simple command like winget install vhanla.winxcorners.

Another option could be providing a Chocolatey package, but Winget has become a popular choice for many Windows users due to its seamless integration.

@ras0q @vhanla I'd also recommend putting it on MS Store, which also allows to download it using winget.
