Define different triggers for open/close action

I wonder if it'd be possible to define different action for situation, when action was already triggered. What I mean by that is on example of Simple Sticky Notes:

It has separate keyboard shortcuts for showing and hiding notes, alt+s to show and alt+h for hide and I want to be able to trigger alt+h, if the alt+s action was already triggered using the same corner.
