I would love to have a thing like $ Boost but in a "set it and forget it" kind of way.

For example, I write a note and add '$Payload 1000' to a '$ Boost 10' tag. If the note gets renoted (boosted) 10 times then each of the 10 renoters gets 100 sats.

The trick is that the note embargoes 1000 sats because it talked with my Alby extension/wallet. If the second argument ($ Boost 10) is met then the 1000 sats are automatically distributed without me having to take any further action. If the argument is not met then the 1000 sats simply become unencumbered.

Can I get some good folks to pontificate on how this might work? Can it work?
