index.html missing for web demo #2

Hi Victor, thank you for your repository. Just a short note on GitHub pages for the repo. Web demo is not accessible

either index.html in root for repository branching to both available demos or
the demo in README.md could refer to https://victor-valencia.github.io/jquery-mobile-date-navigation/demo_basic.html or
the demo in README.md refers to https://victor-valencia.github.io/jquery-mobile-date-navigation/demo_advanced.html
Anyway especially icon picker is a great repository and thank you for sharing.
