Add a way to add a reason

Been using the import list on this for doing mass bans for crossbans between streamers but it would be extremely useful if there was an editable field where we could put a ban reason so instead of it mass sending /ban [username] it could be /ban [username] [ban reason] . I know this program hasn't been updated in quite a while so it might be a long shot but still thought I'd post and ask
