User story

Since we are storing the night light imagery in our GCS bucket as uncompressed files we need to adapt the grid light script to use these new files.

Acceptance criteria

  • Adapt input parameters to allow for the uncompressed files
  • Point grid light script to new buckets
  • Add tests
